3. Payment Terms
Subscriptions & One-Time Fees: Services are offered on a subscription basis or for a one-time fee, as outlined at checkout.
Free Trials: We may provide free trials. Continued use beyond the trial requires payment.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, including subscription fees, one-time purchases, and trial conversions.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and to not:
Engage in spam, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify our software.
Infringe on intellectual property rights (ours or others).
Use the Services to harass, defame, or otherwise harm individuals or entities.

6. Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain ownership of the data, inputs, and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use such content solely to provide the Services.
AI Outputs: Clients own the outputs generated by our Services for their lawful business use. However, NewAge Bots retains the right to use non-identifiable data to improve its Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, reliable, or error-free.
We are not liable for:
Business losses, lost profits, or loss of data.
Service downtime or interruptions.
Any damages arising from reliance on AI outputs.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months of service.
8. Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for non-payment, violations of these Terms, or misuse of the Services.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ends, and we may delete stored data.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Disclaimers for AI Services
AI-generated outputs may not always be correct or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of outputs before using them in your business.
The Services are not intended for use in sensitive or high-risk industries (e.g., medical, legal, financial decision-making) without independent human review.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
